QuickOffice Pro HD fraud

After purchasing QuickOffice Pro HD for iPad I feel like I have just thrown away 20 USD.

In case you didn't know, QuickOffice Pro HD is being advertised as the best Office software for Android and IOS. It has sparkling reviews by major online review sites. The question is, why and how those positive reviews have been earned? In my opinion QuickOffice Pro HD does not deserve them in the slightest.

Why you should not buy this application?

• If you want to use it on multiple devices, you will have to purchase it for every device, even if they are on the same platform. It is common that developers allow use of iPhone apps on iPad and vice versa. Some even allow Android apps to be used on IOS devices. Some of them even go as far to allow one additional device. But not QuickOffice. There are reports of license being lost after Android OS update so beware.
• Hyperlink creating and editing — it does not exist. You can't do it in QuickOffice Pro HD. Sounds really incredible right? Who would need that in the Internet age?
• Picture insert/remove/position — it does not exist. Yes, you read that right — you cannot insert picture into a Word document! I couldn't believe my own eyes either.

Those issues were enough for me to request a refund. I could live without the ability to use it on several devices but I can't live without pictures and without hyperlinks in Word documents. Both issues are known for a long time but people still naively buy this crappy overpriced software. Maybe Google's purchase of QuickOffice will improve things... oh wait, people are already complaining that Google is removing features from it.

My recommendation: DO NOT PURCHASE QuickOffice Pro HD.
