I have updated levicki.net to be XHTML 1.1 compliant. However, when you click on that W3C validation button, you may still encounter one error. That is by design. I frown upon their decision to remove target attribute from <a href=""> tag.

As you know, it is a pretty common thing to open links that will take you off the site in a new window, and that is why I am keeping target attribute on such links.

I know there is a workaround for opening links in a new window without using target attribute, but it requires javascript to work, and it doesn't work if the site is checking referrer.

Another workaround would require me to make my own XHTML DTD and I am lazy to do it because it has been announced that next XHTML specification will again include target attribute.

Other changes I have made include removing frames (now you can bookmark any page and still have navigation), and changing main index page to show the latest entry from each of the posting categories. Stay tuned for further improvements.
