Those into 3D graphics have probably heard about NV40 GPU generation made by NVIDIA. When it was introduced, their developers made a demo to show off the latest architectural capabilities for cinematic rendering.

If you have capable video card (at least GeForce 6600 or later), and if you have fast Internet connection, you can download the demo (132 MB).

While you are at it, check my Downloads section and if you are adult grab the Nalu patch which I made to be able to see her The Way It's Meant To Be Seen (nude of course!). To use it, just unzip it to your Nalu directory and answer yes to any overwrite prompt which gets in your way.
